My thought process for these design were progressive in disciplines that are involved in training animals. not through punishment as the elephant trainer does not believe in such methods he believes in positive rewards for certain behaviours however this requires dicsiplinary action of himself to maintain control of certain situations.

The buildings are strong rigid structures that are quite large and spacious. the towers are very handy for the elephant trainer as they allow him to view all his animals that he trains from a distance. This observation assists in his training methods and better understanding the elephants in their natural environment.

The disciplines of the buildings do slightly change in geometry however the idea remains that they are straight edged and srtong.

the large openings allow for wide views of the surroundings and of the elephants. all the buildings are made from strong materials as being a part of nature and wild they are sometimes very unpredictable and things can go wrong.

‘T h e e l e p h a n t t r a i n e r’

The elephant trainer is an individual which in society is viewed as a peaceful person, while often in control of life and the environment also understands the unpredictability of nature and surroundings, respects this and embraces it with a dignity about life. Never taking for granted that things can and do go wrong.

The wisdom and maturity of the elephant trainer is recognisable in the environment in which he lives. With ultimate respect for the environment this is reflected in the house in which he lives. Always doing what he can as an individual to help and prevent the degradation of the environment. Sustainability is important to him similar to his views on the preservation on the species in which he cares and nurtures for.

This is someone who is approximately mid 30’s, and at the moment living alone, while very much at peace with this lifestyle. Still a social person, surrounding himself with many friends and family. While being an active part of the community he is always there to help anyone who is in trouble. His gentle nature is always a prominent part of his personality, and his heart is worn on his sleeve constantly.

He is a dedicated
He is independent
He is strong
He is nurturing
He is kind…………..
